Q: Are the Thangka artworks authentic and hand-painted?
A: Yes, all our Thangkas are meticulously hand-painted by experienced traditional artisans using high-grade mineral pigments and traditional craftsmanship. Each piece is unique.

Q: How are fragile and sacred artworks protected during shipping?
A: Every artwork is carefully rolled with acid-free protective layers, placed in moisture-resistant sleeves, and shipped inside reinforced hard tubes or padded protective cartons to prevent any bending or moisture damage during transit.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be completely delighted with your sacred artwork. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition with all original packaging.

Q: What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
A: In the unlikely event that your parcel is damaged during transit, please take clear photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged artwork, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our support email. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
